Our Terms and Conditions apply to all methods of business, agreements, work and compliance. The Construction Industry Councils model contract for Approved Inspectors will also apply and cannot be varied by alternate contractual arrangements, copies of both are available on request.
Approved Inspectors are licensed by the Secretary of State to act as a Building Control Body for the purposes of the Building Act 1984 and the Building Regulations, our engagement, operation and advice is restricted to these by law.
