If you agree, this allows for your reason for contacting us and the data provided about yourself and or others, to be used, processed and stored in the furtherance of the nature of the business we provide, namely, a Building Control Body and for other related lawful purposes. Without your agreement we can not proceed and your data will be of no-effect and deleted.

The Registration Form
Please send general contact requests to us by using the Contact Form. This does not apply to the submission of a completed Registration Form and additional Plans and details supporting such submissions, as by virtue of the Form Declaration you have already made on the Form you and or your Agent have provided the necessary authorisation. Such submissions should be sent to the email address on the Form or as instructed, but always as an attachment to an email from Your, being the Client or your Agents email account, as this allows us to identify you. Also, importantly, all email Subject Headings sent, must start with the text BCP-Submission and if you have a BCP reference number, please give that directly after this text, an example would be BCP-Submission 25/12340 and then your own text.
Please provide your Feedback to our service. In the feedback section give us a score between 01 being Poor and 05 being Excellent. You may also make a reasonable, non-abusive comment about our service and or provide suggestions. We can only take account of Feedback where your Application Number is provided and there is a match between the name on the Contact Form and the Application Name.
